Spanish Garlic Aioli
In Spain, Mayonesa de Leche is a staple. To make Garlic Aioli, just add the required quantity of garlic to the milk and blend before the oil is added.(Start with half a clove and work up. You have been warned. )
Try mixing 25% Olive oil with the light oil if you want a stronger taste. Be careful.. adding too much Olive Oil can spoil the taste. This is one of my favourite all time Spanish additions to salads and potatoes and as a dip.
